These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the El Podium mobile application and services ("App", "Service"). By accessing or using El Podium, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility

- By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement
- If you are under the legal age in your country, parental consent may be required
2. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid phone number to create an account
- You may log in using a phone number and password or via social media
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Use of the App
You agree to use El Podium only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not misuse the App or attempt to exploit its systems
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated methods
- Do not engage in fraud, cheating, or abusive behavior
- Do not interfere with live streams or other users
4. Points, Rewards, and Prizes
- Users may earn points through live streams and daily roulette
- Points have no real-world monetary value
- Points can only be used within the App to redeem available prizes
- Prizes are subject to availability and in-app rules
- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel rewards at any time
5. Fair Use & Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate points, rewards, or system behavior may result in:
- Loss of points or rewards
- Temporary suspension of the account
- Permanent termination of the account
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your actions harm the App or other users
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, features, and software in El Podium are the property of New Way Digital, Marketing Solutions and Programming LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.
8. Disclaimer
El Podium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will always be available or error-free
- Rewards or prizes will always be available
- Any defects will be corrected immediately
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, El Podium and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jordan.
